For long did not blog, today shall blog about things happen this week
My successor “Serena” has joined the RAP on 06 Nov 2006, on 1st day of work, she told me that in her previous jobs she don’t really use SAP and her experience is at high level, that meant she not a hand-on person la.
On 2nd day, she told me that she is going on leave on 4 Dec to 8 Dec and she worry that she not able to learn all the things from me, I told her that is not difficult and I told her that most of the things I learn myself so if I can make it, she should has no problem. She worry she hold everybody up and I suggest she talk to TBK on the next day.
Than on 3rd day, she on MC, all of them almost fell down, they say I gave her too much things, I say the things she doing now is less than 5% if that consider more, than I don’t know how she going to survive.
On 4th day, she told TBK that she not comfortable that she is on leave on Dec week without around to learn things and TBK told her not to worry and may change her jobs scope to reporting.
She told me the management has offered her the reporting jobs, now don’t know whether will she be still holding the same title.
Since like whole dept is not very shaky, my AO told me that she stay in the company because I am around, now I am leaving and she feel like go also, I told her to wait till confirmation in order to get all the benefit.
Hope by then I am out of this office. Feel a bit regret to serve such a long notice period.
