Have started my new job in UBI since 28 Mar 07.
Company very messy, i take it as a challenge. Since day 1, we have been busy doing stock take, upload data from excel worksheet to SAP and what a mess, lots of parts no. not created or lots of stock got
1) part no
2) no articles no
3) not in stock list and dont know whether there is anymore stock value$$$$
Never see such a messy company before, the mess not only in stock but from all dept (sigh.....)
1St, SAP not properly set up, chart of account in the mess, need to redo, all process flow and procedure not clearly or well do up.
2nd, me need to wake up at 5.30am to prepare myself for work and left home at 6.30am to 6.45am. (Tell me where on earth did Admin staff go out to work so early?) Hope things will be better next week when i start taking car pool from Bukit Timah to UBI for work. This dont come cheap, i need to pay $200 for it and hope it will help.
Now only keep my finger cross that i able to help the group to implement the 4 companies SAP within the next 3-4 mth. Since already agreed to take up the job, i will work my very very best.
Hope all of you will not see Panda next time you all bump into me.
