Work Work Work..............

Today is 30 Sep06; a few of staff are working with me in the office...................

I have recently recruited 2 new staff, 1 doing AR assistant and 1 doing AP Officer.

Not too bad for the AR staff as she taking over my ex-AR assistant and she is still in the office with us, the not so good situation is the AP Officer as she took over from my ex-contract accountant which all my friends should know that toward the few weeks before she tender and on her notice period our relationship is very sour, therefore, for her to guide new staff with a few days is a bit difficult also, right?

Anyway, things happen, she did not teach them the right way and some of our balance sheet figure cannot be reconcile and charged out to Profit and Loss, no choice, me and the new AP officer work till 10.30pm yesterday in order to sort out what actions should be taken………………….. Sad, Sad, Sad. Nevermind, I told her that just take this as your learning curve and no pain no gain. “ Must have big , right”

Ok, as far that all for job, now talk about my friends………. Na Na. Although, something bad has happen to her, but just let her know that all of us will stand by her, just be strong.

Next to my friend who went Hong Kong for business, just want to say that you should update me if you have decide to extend your trip, not that wanted to be kapo over your life, but just want to let you know that when you told me when you should be back and never come back without any notice, you will make me wonder what happen to you…………………. With my tight working schedule and still need to worry about you, not fair, right?????

PEOPLE COME INTO YOUR LIFE FOR A REASON

They may seem like a godsend and they are. They are there for the reason you need them to be. Then, without any wrongdoing on your part or at an inconvenient time, this person will say or do something to bring the relationship to an end. Sometimes they die. Sometimes they walk away.
Sometimes they act up and force you to take a stand. What we must realize is that our need has been met, our desire fulfilled, their work is done. The prayer you sent up has been answered and now it is time to move on.

Some people come into your life for a SEASON,because your turn has come to share, grow or learn. They bring you an experience of peace or make you laugh. They may teach you something you have never done. They usually give you an unbelievable amount of joy. Believe it, it is real. But only for a season!


LIFETIME relationships teach you lifetime lessons, things you must build upon in order to have a solid emotional foundation. Your job is to accept the lesson, love the person and put what you have learned to use in all other relationships and areas of your life. It is said that love is blind but friendship is clairvoyant.

Staff Movement

Today, my staff came and tell me that she found a job, she even told me the company name, but she still not sure whether should she join that company...........................sign.........................

To me, is good that she found a job than left the company, at least not leaving without a job, for selfish reason, i want her to stay and help me in my daily and monthly reporting things, but as a friend point of view, to her it may be good as all of u by now should know that what kind of boss i am having.

Today, for no reasons everybody got pick here and there on mistake big or small. Aiyo, how to work in harmony on this kind of environment.

Budget...... Budget......... Finance headache

Joining My this company for about 5mth, being arrow a few time by my boss, best things is last thur my VP approach 2 of us on who wanted to help him in this year budget coordination and drawing up the profit and loss for our share services.

My immediate boss pass a causual remark :-
Up to you to choose who you want the person to help you (ok, logical)
Come the best, she say, just in case to update you, I need to see a few person this afternoon……………………….. walau a, me is with her on those meeting that she is seeing those few persons………………………. Sign………………
Now, now, being arrow never mind, on Monday, I ask her how should I go about sending out email to respective dept, you know what she say? She say………. You mean the “VP” never tell you ah? In that case I also cannot help as I don’t know what he want?????

Aiyo, she was the one doing FY 06 budget and now she say she don’t know, me only in this company 5mth. “5 mth” you see, already need to fly liao, don’t even know how to walk……………….. sign.
