Resignation date

Ha Ha Ha, dont know whether is good news or bad, but anyway, they have found my successor and she will be joining us on coming Monday (6 Nov 06). AB agreed to release me earlier if she can handle within 5 weeks.

Now my turn to look for job "Hard Hard" liao.

News that longed waited for.....................

Today, so nice of Judy (HR Manager) told me that last week she and TBK interviewed a contract staff which is good and she feel that she can take over my position. Judy is a very nice HR Manager and she ask me to stay with the company, I told her that I already make up my mind not to stay ………… she feel sad as she even talk to the HR VP to ask him the opinion. The HR VP open the choice to let me decide with option (1) I stay put here, or (2) they post me to Shanghai. Oh dear, now struck in between liao, me feel like going to shanghai and work but worry cannot adapt to it. Promise to get back to her by end of the week.

Tentatively Resignation

Today (10/10/06) I have told AB that I wanted to leave the company. I told him that I am giving him an open resignation notice period. He feel sad about it and ask me what happen, I told him that physically and mentally I feel very tired working here. I share with him a few of the problem I facing here, but to him it is a small operation issues. Aiyo, bosses are so difficult to see our problem.

Basically, I told him that working with TBK is a challenge, he say he understand that that TBK got strong characteristic and we have to recognize that her business processor and accounting rules is good. Ya, Ya, but to me why must I take all her nonsense.

I shall with him on the issues that Annie have alert me that she may be looking for opportunity outside but TBK say I should have alert her, but my point is it Annie wanted to let her know Annie will inform her, but AB say that I should have bought it up and discuss with the management, if not TBK at least should be HR. I told him that I did discuss with HR but our conclusion is that we not able to solve her problem. He a bit sad that Annie is leaving and thinking of whether can we convert her to “Contract Staff” and let her work within office hour???? Me was task to speak to Annie tomorrow. Ok, will do so.

Has informed Lee Si that I may be leaving, she feel sad about it. She ask me if company paid me more, will I consider to STAY, I told her that is not the money part, is I physically and mentally very tired in working her. Look like I will be out of job in few month later. Hope to leave on 22 December 2006 and go for tour before embark to new assignment.

Today, October 3………………………………

Before lunch our System Implementation Manager come and see me to have confirmation on who will be doing the Credit Management implementation and testing in our RCS system roll out……………………….

Guess what??? Got Arrow again, this time round is AB. Original plan is Helen supposed to head the credit management, due to the fact that she is not familiar, all have to push to TBK and Me have to assist on this. Hei Hei, everybody got time to take leave to travel …………… what about me. Now seriously must bring forward my plan on resigning and find another job.

Me now Mentally and Physically very tired. Joining this company for 6 mth and it has turned my life style upside down. No time for friends and family out there.

Timing is a bit bad as my plan is to change job next year, may be will leave and seriously spend some time traveling around. Na Na, since you have not found a job, let go travel together????

Today, Annie tender her resignation, she wanted to offset 2 days leave with her notice period, I told her that we can grant her, and when I bring her resignation letter to TBK, she told me that I should not have granted her and keep telling me that if you already agreed than I got nothing to say. (Shit men) How to continue to work with her???

Come the best part – Annie told her that before that she already alert me and this TBK told me when Annie told me, I say may be 1 month ago in actual fact is 1,2 week ago, think of saying longer she will feel better, than she say “You should have come and tell me that, I say when people told me briefly is she cannot make up her mind and she may want me to keep it confidential, than I say if people wanted to let you know she will come and tell you, guess what she say? She say, because they report to you therefore, they will not come and tell me”

Aiyo, come on la, face the fact, is all people can no longer face you therefore people wanted to leave la.

When she try to ask Annie to stay put, you guess what she say???? She told Annie, can you start until next year Feb to help us to go live, after that if you want to resign I will not stop you. See how idiot is my boss.

For all friends out there, if you all find that you boss is like shit, come and have a taste of mine.

She make me remember the joke of “Hell vs Heaven”, when hell is recruiting member they will show you the best picture and harmony, after you board the boat, then you will realize the real life style of leaving in Hell.

Ok, so much for today, see whether tomorrow or next week when AB is here, do we have more happening things happen.
