Taiwan Trip

Taiwan....Taipei

After leaving Rhodia, this is my first trip after 5 years of hard working life, excluding fly to Bangkok as to me Bangkok just like shopping in JB. Is good to travel with someone with PPS status as you can use the lounge, food not very fantastic but it allow you to have a place to rest without much crowd before boarding.

Day 1

We have check in the hotel at 南京路。The hotel room was decorate based on different, we have chosen shanghai nite as they are the cheaper amongst other.

We went 渔人码头 on the day we arrive. When we left hotel the weather is still nice and cooling but when we reach the harbour, it start to drizzle. But the whole place still consider very nice. Heard that it would be nicer if there is no rain and you are able to see sunset.

Although both of use are wet by the rain, but we still proceed to 士林夜市 as the nite is still young and we our stay is too short to cover most of the place we wanted.

Day2

Early in the morning we wake up and start our explorer ourselves to 阳明山. We managed to take the bus from a bus stop near our hotel which has been advise by the MRT control officer which we have check with him the nite before when we take train back to our hotel. It took us half a day walking around the park.

It was another drizzle day, we found a earth worm which was much more huge than we we have seen in Singapore.

After left 阳明山, we went to 西门丁， 台北火车站 area to shop. This is the nite that we took a very long route to went back to hotel by our poor pair of leg. We walk from shopping area to our hotel which took us about an hour but later part we realise that actually we only need 15 min. Sob ........... Sob.........

Day 3

We named today as shopping, so after we have our breakfast we eagerly take train down to 五分浦 and guess what??? Shop only start operate at 12pm onwards. Sigh.......... but never mind, there is a temple around, so we when there and pray for all the things we wish.

Here come the operating hour, after shop for hours, i only managed to get 1 knitted wear for myself, a necklace for my nieces and nothing else. Due the the fact that this time i went was their winter season therefore cant get much things from their that we can wear in Singapore.

After 五分浦, we head to Taipei 101. This shopping centre catered all the branded goods which we can get in Singapore, therefore, nothing was bought there. But we went up to have bird eyes view of the city and enjoy lift travelled in seconds to bring you up to 508m.

We went to Taiwan 鼎泰丰 for dinner that nite. Compare to Singapore, the food is slightly nicer but most important is they are cheaper over there. Simply 25% cheaper than Singapore and they do not charged "Taxes" and "Services".

Day 4

From the hotel brochure, to join the local day tour to bring us to 九分 cost about USD50, quite expensive therefore we decide to fully make use of our adventure courage and save cost, so we decide to go there on our own. We took a train from 台北火车站 to 瑞方镇 from there we took a bus up the hill and it only took us less than S$1o for to and fru. This proven 1 thing, it is always cheap to travel on your own if the accessibility is allow.

To all my ex-colleague

This morning went Employment agency for an interview, follow by going down town to meet up my ex-colleague from Rhodia for lunch and coffee session. After coffee session I actually pop by the office to have some catching up with Judy (HR manager), April (HR secretary), Merewlyn (MD secretary) and Fribrivy (IT staff). It is a very happy session as I have been happy working over there and work well with all of them. They miss me very much due to when I there, easy to get report and financial data from me. Now they got hard time telling new staff what they want and how to get…….. big sigh for them.

TRUST & HONESTY

Is trust and honesty difficult to attain???

In the world does Money come before friendship, it is a difficult question to answer again.

Have been very down recently, Year 2006 does not been a good year for me except making some pocket money out of stock market, so when come Year 2007, I pray hard that God will stand by my side to help me in all aspect. May be due to the fact that when pray, did not pray hard enough or loud enough for God to hear my prayer.

How to make one self happy and other happy as well? Olden there is a say that “人心隔肚皮”, seriously it is a very hard things to learn in life.

Just have to keep motivating yourself that “When you are bad, there are lots more people worst than you”, it will help us to move forward with better tomorrow.

With or Without Jobs

Received photo call from Annie today. She has changed to new job with effect from 3 Jan 07. Shall we say we envy her???? Not quite due to the fact that her new company like shit. Office politics is too heavy for anyone to carry on the work, but no choice for her as she say she does not want to go without earning. Previously we thought TBK was the worst boss that we have ever encounter, now she say that her current boss is worst. On 1st day of her new career, she expect her to know the whole work flow and all procedure.

Aiyo, now make me worry that what kind of boss i will get for my new job???? God, please "poo pee" me got good job and good boss.

Sunday Sunday

Today, as usual, i wake up early and went brisk walk with Jeron around Bukit Batok Nature park. After that, usual breakfast and shop shop around market place (like antuie).

At 10am, i start to surf net, but only Hui Feng is there, so chat with her for awhile, than come Juli and Pris, chat with them for awhile due to the fact that i need to rush to the alternation shop to alter some of my pants before they increase the price for Chinese New Year.

I have send in 5pcs which cost me S$23, than usual again, sunday event, my brother house. Have been watching 1 korean drama serial. Should be finishing soon by next few days.

Reach home around 9.30pm and start to chat on line again. I think i got hook liao. Now back pain pain.

Another week has passed. Saiz...................

Internet SetUP

Today 04.01.2007

Now re-write my blog due to the fact that i accidentally deleted what i have completed to post. Sob ............. Sob. But never mind, since i got so much time.

I wake up early in the morning to setup my internet access modem, so worry set up will not be successful dut to the fact that i am not good in IT.

Have talk to alots of ex-colleague as i have not been access to my blog, their blog and MSN since the day i leave Rhodia. Althought since the day i joined i already seldom talk to them due to heavy workload, but on and off still make an effort to access.

Life without internet seriously is a nightmare. No contact can be make especially to some of us which have heavy working schedule and Na Na which is so far from me.

Mum and some of my friends are worry that till now i still have not start my engine to look for a jobs. Ok, OK, me start now. This morning i have send out a few jobs application, hope able to find one that I like the location, the boss and they like me also. Hope can work till retirement this time round.

Na Na, after saw your new car on your blog, it make me even more wanted to go visit you. Will try to find some time when i found a jobs. I think at least i can start a week later so i can fly there to visit you.

Let pray for better future this year, all our career smooth smooth, make lots of money from stock market ............................. etc.
